I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of West Virginia as well as a General Certified Real Estate Appraiser. I am also an experienced Buyer-Broker who has successfully handled commercial and investment properties throughout West Virginia.
Clients benefit from my experience in purchase negotiation by obtaining the best possible purchase or sale price on a property. They also have extra assurance knowing that I am recognized as a commercial appraiser in obtaining mortgage financing.
I have over 30 years' experience in the real estate business with an extensive background in real estate finance, site selection for commercial properties, sales, appraisal and consultation. I have been recognized for this experience and education by earning both the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) by the National Association of Realtors and the Senior Real Property Appraiser (SRPA) by the Appraisal Institute. My experience has qualified me as an expert witness in West Virginia in connection with real estate values.

Margy McCroskey has been with Rolston & Company since 1997. Her position as Office Manager, Administrative Assistant and Gal Friday leaves her little time for outside pursuits but when time permits, she is an avid shopper and jewelry maker. Margy is a native of South Charleston and is a graduate of West Virginia State College. She entered the commercial real estate field in 1979 and has no plans of leaving it until retirement! Margy and her husband Chuck currently live in Elkview with their two dogs and three cats.
NANCY O'LEARY

Nancy O’Leary is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in West Virginia. She has over ten years of experience in the appraisal business and has been employed by Rolston & Company for eleven years. Nancy currently resides in St. Albans, West Virginia. Her husband Steve is a licensed Architect employed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Huntington, WV. Nancy is the mother of two children, Paul and Erin, who attend West Virginia University. Prior to moving back to West Virginia, Nancy was a licensed real estate agent for Grempler Realty in Baltimore, Maryland for five years; Assistant Manager of Network Television for Cunningham and Walsh Advertising Agency in New York City for two years; and worked for the Lexington Herald-Leader Newspaper in Lexington, Kentucky as their National Sales Representative in the Advertising Department for three years. MARTHA PETTIT

 Martha Pettit is a licensed residential and commercial real estate sales representative and has worked at Rolston & Company for the past ten years. She works in sales and leasing of commercial properties as a seller’s or buyer’s agent. She was born and raised in Alderson in Greenbrier County. She graduated from Greenbrier East High School and West Virginia University. She is the mother of two girls, Sarah and Emily, and her husband, Jerry, is a doctor here in Charleston. They own the family farm in Blue Sulphur Springs. Martha also owns and manages investment properties in Charleston and St. Albans. Martha was formerly the Director of Community Development in St. Albans and the former Director of the Mayors Office of Economic and Community Development for the City of Charleston. Eric Rolston has his real estate sales license and appraisal apprentice permit focusing on commercial property. He has worked for Rolston & Company for four years. He lives in Sissonville where he grew up. Eric graduated from Sissonville High School and Marshall University where he majored in criminal justice and minored in computer science and sociology. He is a member of the local, State and National Board of Realtors.

Michelle  Showen is a licensed commercial real estate sales representative and has worked at Rolston & Company for eight years. She is a native of Jackson County and lives on the family farm in Putnam County with her two daughters, Allie and Ashley, and husband Michael, who works for Bayer CropScience. Michelle graduated from Ripley High School and West Virginia State University. She and her husband currently own and manage investment property in Charleston, Belle and Blue Creek. Michelle works in research, sales and leasing of commercial properties as a buyer’s or seller’s agent. She is a member of the local, State and National Board of Realtors.
